Color/Gobo/Iris Bulkhead Assembly Replacement

To remove and replace color/gobo/iris bulkhead assembly:
Step 1. Disconnect luminaire AC input cable from power source.
Step 2. At top head cover, gradually loosen two 8-32x1/2" captive screws and
remove cover. (Cover remains attached by tether.) Figure 2-3.
Step 3. At CYM crossfade color bulkhead, disconnect wiring, remove two 6-32x1/4"
PPB SEMS screws, and remove assembly.
Step 4. At color/gobo/iris bulkhead, remove two 6-32x3/8" PPZ SEMS screws to
release bulkhead.
Step 5. At color/gobo/iris bulkhead, disconnect wiring harness connectors from
color wheel motor, iris motor, and color sensor. (Note: Remaining motor and
sensor connections will have to be disconnected in Step 7.)
Step 6. Slide bulkhead partially out of head assembly and disconnect gobo wheel
motor, gobo sensor, and temperature sensor connectors.
Step 7. Remove bulkhead from head assembly.

CAUTION: Make sure wiring placement does not interfere with moving parts.
Step 8. Install replacement assembly by performing Steps 2 through 7 in reverse
order.
