Lamp Power
Lamp power for the VL1000 lamp is supplied in one of three ways depending on model configuration:
• External dimmer (incandescent units without on-board dimmer).
• Internal dimmer (incandescent units with on-board dimmer.
• External ballast (arc units)

Some incandescent versions of the VL1000 ERS luminaire will require an external dimmer unit for
lamp power. A lamp power input cable is provided for connecting to these units. Install a connector
meeting your requirements using the following wire color code:
