Troubleshooting Guide
If a problem is suspected, try recalibrating the luminaire to prompt an error message.
Refer to “Error Messages” on page 51 for more information. The chart below provides
possible causes and remedies for each message.
CAUTION: Some troubleshooting is included for reference only. Performing
remedies marked by gray areas will void product warranty. Refer to “Protecting Your
Warranty” on page 62.

Pan/No Sens Pan Sensor Not Found EOT flag attached to large pulley is not
engaging the EOT sensor
- Ensure flag is attached to the large
pulley
- Ensure that flag passes through the
sensor at a depth sufficient to engage
the sensor beam
Pan belt disconnected, extremely loose
or not installed properly
- Properly install belt between pan
motor and large pulley
Pan/Encoder/
Fail
Pan Encoder Failure Main board pan/tilt connector (J9)
disconnected
- Connect main board pan/tilt connector
(J9)
Pan motor disconnected
- Connect pan motor power
Encoder faulty
Replace pan end-of-travel/encoder

Tilt Sensor Not Found EOT flag attached to large pulley is not

- Properly install belt between tilt motor
