Gobo Wheel Bulkhead Replacement

ASSEMBLY, GOBO BULKHEAD INCANDESCENT (21.9663.1200) - T/TS/TI
ASSEMBLY, GOBO BULKHEAD ARC (21.9663.1600) - A/AS/AI
Tools:
#2 Phillips long handle screwdriver
To remove and replace gobo wheel bulkhead:
Step 1. Disconnect luminaire AC input cable from power source.
Step 2. Remove front cover. Refer to “Front Cover Removal” on page 24.
CAUTION: The rear assembly is heavy and will remain attached by lamp wires.
Place luminaire on tech bench before removing rear assembly.
Step 3. At side rails, remove four 10-32x5/8" PPB screws and #10 split lock washers
(Figure 2-12). (Side rail spacers will come loose also.) Pull rear head
assembly away from front head assembly.
Step 4. At gobo bulkhead, disconnect all motor and sensor wiring.
Step 5. At side rails, remove four 10-32x3/8" PPB screws and #10 split-lock
washers.
Step 6. Remove gobo bulkhead.
