Displays the status of the specified output as open or closed
3.11.2 SETTINGS
Status Monitoring is provided via NMEA-based protocol. The Vanguard SC I/O subsystem operates according to a
manager/agent model. The PC-hosted manager sends requests to the Vanguard SC I/O agent, which performs the required
actions. The Vanguard SC agent reports alarms to the PC-hosted manager.
