Frame Relay to
ATM Environment
Figure 1-3 shows a V
anguard Series router used to support T3/E3 Access for IP and
voice traffic over a frame relay to ATM network. To support this network
en
vironment the 7300 device requires:
• T3/E3 ATM Card to support T3/E3 AT
M access to the ATM Network
• T1/E1/PRI cards equipped with Voice Server PMCs to support packetized
v
oice and connection to the PBX/PSTN
• 10/100BaseT Ethernet PMCs
