Most of the hollow shapes shown in the Dual Elastomer ULTRA-
VANSHIELD
®
assortment of profiles are available with a resilient,
compression set resistant silicone sponge rubber core, permitting
thinner wall sections and even lower compression forces.
The sponge rubber is co-extruded simultaneously with the formation
of the DUAL
ELAST
OMER profile.
This creates a completely unitized
structure which will not deteriorate with repeated compressions.
T
o order any of the profiles with this option, add an “SPG” suf
fix to
the appropriate part number by following the instructions on page 14.
For example, part number 2200-01-D50-GRA-NPS-SPL-1200
becomes 2200-01-
SPG
-GRA-NPS-SPL-1200.
