Installing the glue stick
Insert the glue stick into glue stick entrance and
slide down gently. (see Fig. 2)
Squeeze the trigger multiple times to push the glue
stick all the way down. (see Fig. 3)
5. Operation
Warning!
Never touch the nozzle or the front of the gun, where
the temperature is very high.
Plug the glue gun into a standard power outlet.
Turn on the power switch to start heating. Wait for
3-5 minutes for preheating. (see Fig. 4)
Squeeze the trigger to release glue after
preheating. (see Fig. 5)
Press the surfaces to be glued together for 10-15
seconds for stronger adhesion.
Insert an additional glue stick into the back as
needed.
After use, put the gun on the stand holder and
place it on the work surface so that the nozzle can
not touch the work surface.
To stop the flow of glue gun, release the trigger. It
is recommended to put a sheet of paper under the
nozzle, because of the gun has not yet cooled
down can drip glue. If stop using for more than 15
minutes, please turn off the power switch.
Allow the glue gun cool completely before store.
6. Application
Adhere or joint two work pieces when you repair
furniture, fix electrical wire, install floors, fix toy and
model, etc.
Repair a leak or crack as waterproof material in the
bucket, rain gutter, etc.
Seal cartons or other package
Applicable for different surfaces, such as wood,
plastic, foam, fabrics, paper, cardboard, ceramics,
etc.
7. Storage and maintenance
Never let any liquids get inside the glue gun. If you
need to clean the outside, use a damp cloth only.
When you finish using the glue gun, DO NOT pull
the remainder of the stick out of the gun. This will
cause hot glue to be sucked out the back and
cause damage to the gun. The remainder can be
used next time directly.
Always keep the rear slider clean, so the stick can
be inserted smoothly.
Make sure that the gun has fully cooled down
before putting it in storage.
The glue gun shall be positioned on its stand when
not in use
Put the gun at dry and ventilated place instead of
humid or wet one.
