 User Password This field allows the user to enter a new password for the user level programming. The password must be entered twice
before being changed. The default is 1111.

 RS485 Data Rate These fields allow the user to set how often RS485 will be transmitted from the master clock.

 Bias Seconds This field allows the user to offset how many seconds off, plus or minus, the time will be when receiving an input. This field
can range between 0 - 9999 seconds.

 GMT Offset This field sets the positive or negative offset for GMT time. For instance, eastern time zone is a negative five hour offset. See
Fig 4.1 for typical offsets.
