4 The main viewLinc screen appears, showing available
channels or (the first time you log in) an empty “My
Channels” screen.
If you don’t see any channel data, go to the Channels
tab. In the Zones area, select a channel from the list, and
click Refresh. The selected channel’s data will
appear.
If no channels display, your data logger may not be con-
nected properly, you may not have Channels assigned to
you, or there could be a problem with viewLinc itself.
Speak to your administrator.
Note: The administrator may have set up the system to
prompt you for your password periodically to
ensure system security. When prompted, reenter
your password. .
