HTTP Client
HTTP client provides access to resources on HTTP servers. In AWS
applications, its typical uses are:
- Post observation messages and other information to data collection
system
- Retrieving setups and other configuration information from
network management system
- Retrieving images from a network camera

In Lizard, HTTP client is introduced to the setup from the IP Services
view. It has two different basic setups:
- HTTP Messenger for sending information
- HTTP Reader for reading information
