2. SIM Card Configuration
Must disable PIN protection beforehand.
Below is the sample configuration of HUAWEI CHT-E180 3.5G USB
(1). Put SIM in 3G dongle and get it connected with PC. Mobile Partner
comes out.
(2). Get in the down-pull option to disable PIN.
