you can increase new“Username” , “Password ” and “Description”. The right side
will come out the permission option of browsing, playback, management and remote
access for new user.

6.4 Network Setup
Click on to enter setting interface. Select ，if you need to
connect by client in the local area network, please set up IP address, subnet mask
and gateway. If you need to link internet, please set up domain name server.
