ThisdevicecomplieswithPart15oftheFCCRules.Operationissubjecttothefollowing
twoconditions:
thisdevicemaynotcauseharmfulinterference,andthisdevicemustacceptany
interferencereceived,includinginterferencethatmaycauseundesiredoperation.
ThisequipmenthasbeentestedandfoundtocomplywiththelimitsforaClassB
digitaldevice,pursuanttopart15oftheFCCRules.Theselimitsaredesignedtoprovide
reasonableprotectionagainstharmfulinterferenceinaresidentialinstallation.This
equipmentgeneratesusesandcanradiateradiofrequencyenergy and,ifnotinstalledand
usedinaccordancewiththeinstructions,maycauseharmfulinterferencetoradio
communications.However,thereisnoguaranteethatinterferencewillnotoccurina
particularinstallation.Ifthisequipmentdoescauseharmfulinterferencetoradioor
televisionreception,whichcanbedeterminedbyturningtheequipmentoffandon,the
userisencouragedtotrytocorrecttheinterferencebyoneormoreofthefollowing
measures:
TocomplywiththelimitsforanFCCClassBcomputingdevice,alwaysuse
thesignalcordandpowercordsuppliedwiththisunit.TheFederalCommunications
Commissionwarnsthatchangesormodificationstotheunitnotexpresslyapprovedby
thepartyresponsibleforcompliancecouldvoidtheuser'sauthoritytooperatethe
equipment.
ProductswiththeCEMarkingcomplywithboththeEMCDirective(89/336/EEC),
(93/68/EEC)andtheLowVoltageDirective(73/23/EEC)issuedbytheCommission
oftheEuropeanCommunity.
