2.3 Equipment

• Glass shield, extractable

• 2 extractor fans with 3 power levels

• 1 metal grease filter

• Illumination

• 1 activated charcoal filter (not supplied)

The extractor fan has 3 power levels: 1, 2 and 3

• 1 = low, 2 = medium, 3 = high capacity

• Levels 1 and 2 are suitable for longer periods of use.

• Level 3 (high) is used for short, intensive extraction of fumes, e.g. when

frying. It should then be switched back to level 1 or 2.
