13 Trouble-shooting

Possible cause Solution
• The water system is not
emptied due to a power
failure.
► About 2minutes after the message has illu-
minated, cancel this by pressing the
touch button.
► Then start the appliance again.
• Valve is leaking.
► Turn off the water supply.
► Note down the serial number (FN; see identi-
fication plate) and call Customer Services.
13.2 After a power failure
The user settings remain unchanged.
Brief power failure during operation
– The current operation of the appliance is cancelled.
– The following appears in the display when the appliance is switched
on: «Power failure. Operation cancelld.».
► To confirm the message, select .
– The operating modes menu appears in the display.
Brief power failure during descaling
– The descaling process is interrupted.
– The following appears in the display when the appliance is switched
on: « Power failure. Continuing descaling.»
► To confirm the message, select .
– The descaling process continues.
