Possible cause Solution

badly soluble compounds
(zeolites) in the detergent
can be left on the
washing.
A Shake out or brush the wash items.
A Rewash the items again with just a little
detergent.
A Use a liquid detergent that does not contain
zeolites.
A Select the additional «Black garments»
programme.
Possible cause Solution
䡲 Grease and dirt particles
have not been removed
from fabric effectively.
䡲 Residue from detergent,
limescale and dirt.
A Use more detergent next time.
A Use heavy-duty washing detergent.
A Adjust the amount of detergent to the water
hardness and the degree of soiling of the
washing.
䡲 Overloaded washing
drum.
A Put fewer items in the washing drum.
