Trouble-shooting
This section lists faults that can be solved simply by following the instructions
given. If another fault is displayed or the fault cannot be remedied, please call
Customer Services.
What to do if …
… appears
Before calling Customer Service,
please note down the error message
in full (message, (FN) serial number
and (E) error number).
Possible cause Solution
䡲 The foreign body trap or
suds pump is blocked.
䡲 The drain hose is bent or
kinked.
䡲 The outlet or drain trap is
clogged.
䡲 The circulation nozzle is
clogged.
A Remove the cause of the problem.
A Cancel the error message by pressing the
button.
A Restart the programme.
