11.2 Other possible problems
Problem Possible cause Solution
The programme
takes signific-
antly longer
than indicated.
▪ Door filter and/or
door filter mat are
blocked.
▸ Clean door filter and/or door filter mat
(see page 26).
▪ Front filter mat is
clogged.
▸ Clean the front filter mat (see page 27).
▪ Very wet washing. ▸ Spin washing at a higher speed.
▪ The ambient temper-
ature is too high or
too low.
▸ Improve circulation and ventilation of air
in room.
▸ Ensure that the temperature of the room
is between 5 and 35°C.
No new pro-
gramme can be
selected.
▪ A programme was in-
terrupted.
▸ Press the button.
▸ Select a new programme.
The laundry is
not dry enough
and the waist-
band of jeans is
still wet.
▪ Mixed laundry load. ▸ Select a longer programme, e.g. extra
dry .
