11 Trouble-shooting

A9 Clean filter
and mats
Door filter, door filter
mat and/or front filter
mat are clogged.
Check and clean door filter and door fil-
ter mat (see page 26).
Check and clean the front filter mat (see
page 27).
Press the button.
Restart the programme.
Insert door fil-
ter / close appli-
ance door
The door filter is
missing.
The appliance door is
open.
Insert door filter (ensure it is positioned
correctly).
Close the appliance door.
Restart the programme.
Insert front mat The front filter mat is
not inserted correctly.
Insert front filter mat correctly.
Close the appliance door.
Restart the programme.

Various situations can
lead to this error mes-
sage.
Press the button.
Remove the mains plug from the mains
socket.
Wait for about 1 minute.
Insert the mains plug into the mains
socket again and select a new pro-
gramme.
If the error appears
again:
Note down error message in full and ap-
pliance's SN.
Remove the mains plug from the mains
socket.
Call Customer Services.

Press the button.
Remove the mains plug from the mains
socket.
Wait for about 1 minute.
Insert the mains plug into the mains
socket again and select a new pro-
gramme.
If the error appears
again:
Remove the mains plug from the mains
socket.
Have an electrician check the house in-
stallation.
