SCUBAPRO MERIDIAN BLACK TECH -
LIMITED EDITION
Incorporates a PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) finishing process applied
to the AISI 316L Stainless Steel body. PVD, when applied on metal surfaces,
increases ruggedness, scratch resistance and surface hardness. The
finish is accomplished using Titanium Nitride and provides the following
advantages:
• 2500HV hardness for significantly improved anti-scratch eect (compa-
red to stainless steel’s 190HV harness).
• Unaected by UV rays.
• 100% non-toxic.
• High corrosion resistance.
• Low friction co-ecient.
