Note: To display only the colonies for a specific class, select the Preview selected item only
check box in the Analysis section.
To save the colony counting template:
• Click the New button in the Template section of the window.
• A new pop-up window will ask for a new Template name.
• Type in the new name and select OK. The Template name window will close.
• Click on the Count button.
The Step 2 of 2: Finish tab will display.
• The results of the manual colony counts are displayed on the image.
• To adjust the parameters of the colony count by shape or size, adjust the sliders in the Filter
colonies section. Note: If changes are made in this step, then click Save filters button to save
the new settings.
• Click Finish to complete the count and save the template.
