The Colony Count module contains options that
allows users to perform analysis on the captured
image
Main Tools – Allows users to perform the
colony count function and gather the
colony count results
o Start Colony Count…- Allows the
user to count colonies in the
captured image
o Show Results Window – Allows
users to view colony count results
in a tabular format
o Clear Analysis – Allows users to
clear the colony count analysis
Post-Processing Tools – (column
