SPECIAL NUMBERS
This features allows you to set 3 phone numbers that can be called even when the phone is locked.
1.
Press [Menu], then press "Settings".
Press "Security". Enter your password.
2.
Press "Special Numbers".
3.
Select a location and press [Add].
4.
Enter the phone number and press or press [Save] to save it to that location.
ERASE CONTACTS
Erase all the names and phone numbers in your contact list:
1.
Press [Menu], then press "Settings".
Press "Security". Enter your password.
2.
Press "Erase contacts". A warning message stating that this function will delete all
contacts in your contact list is displayed.
3.
"Erase all contacts?" will be displayed. Select "Yes" then press to erase all contacts in
your phone.
• The default password is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
• When selecting a location, press [Erase] to erase the location entry or all location entries.

ERASE DOWNLOADS
1.
Press [Menu], then press "Settings".
Press "Security". Enter your password.
2.
Press "Erase downloads".
3.
"Erase all downloads?" will be displayed. Select "Yes" then press to erase all
downloads saved to your phone.
OTHER
LOCATION
Your telephone is equipped with a Location feature for use in connection with location-based
services that may be available in the future. The Location Feature allows the network to detect
your position. Turning Location Off will hide your location from everyone except 911.

Press [Menu], then press "Settings".
Press "Other", then press "Location".
2.
Press [Next]. Highlight “On” or “Off”, then press or press [Done] to
select it.
• The default password is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
• Turning location on will allow the network to detect your position using GPS technology, making
some Virgin Mobile applications and services easier to use. Turning location off will disable the GPS
location function for all purposes except 911, but will not hide your general location based on the cell
site serving your call. No application or services may use your location without your express
permission. GPS enhanced 911 is not available in all areas.
