Figure 17 prompts for user name and password. The web configuration menu
provides two operation modes: user mode and supervisor mode. For user
mode, enter the predefined user name as
user
with password as

. For the
supervisor mode, enter the predefined user name as
supervisor
with password

utstar
. Click
OK
to access the configuration as shown in Figure 18.
