Receiving data by 32kbps high speed data transfer
When receiving 32kbps high speed data transfer calls, follow the instructions of
"Preparing for 32kbps high speed data transfer" (page 84) beforehand.

When a 32kbps high speed data transfer call is
received, the ring-tone rings, the incoming light blinks
and the display changes to incoming call condition.
The call is differentiated from a normal voice call by " " being
displayed.
When 32kbps high speed data transfer is sent from PHS or
ISDN etc, the caller's phone number may be displayed.

When terminating the 32kbps high speed data transfer, use the PC
etc. to perform the operations to terminate the data transfer.
Also, if you press on this phone, you can terminate the data transfer.

When a 32kbps data card is not connected and a 32kbps high speed data transfer
call is received, the call cannot be received and 32kbps high speed data transfer
cannot be performed. In such cases, the ring-tone does not ring and the incoming
light does not blink.

Sometimes transfer cannot operate correctly while moving or while in places of
weak signal or places where the signal condition is bad. Use in places with a good
signal condition.
