When you cannot receive calls
• When a call finished, was pressed?
Press
(page 35).
• Is the phone in hold condition?
Press

• Is the ring-tone volume set to off?
Change the ring-tone setting (page 67).
The call reception is bad (noise, hard to hear, drop outs etc.)
• Is the signal getting sent? Are you in a place with a weak signal?
Move to a place with a stronger signal (page 28).
• Is there an obstacle surrounding you that is preventing signals to pass?
Change your location (page 28).
• Are you talking while on the move?
When the signal switches the public base station, you will experience
momentary drop outs (page 28).
Cannot charge, becomes immediately unusable
• Is the battery charger attached correctly?
Try correctly inserting phone again (page 24).
• Is the AC adapter unplugged?
Check the connections (page 23).
• Are the charging terminals dirty?
Clean the charging terminals (page 110).
• Has the life of the battery pack expired?
Replace the battery pack with a new one (page 22).
