4. Other Essential Functions
4.1 Profiles
Profiles provide a means to customize the setting of the phone to suit your
personal needs for an event such as a meeting or use outdoors. You can
custom tailor four different profiles Standard, Meeting, Silent and Outdoor
to fit four different environments. Each profile allows you to set the
microphone mode, ringing volume, ringing mode, ringing tone, incoming
message tone, alarm clock tone, and enable or disable the keypad tone and
the out of service area alarm. Once you have modified one or all four
profiles, select a profile to that best suits your needs.

The default factory setting is Standard.
4.1.1 Profile Option Descriptions:
 Whisper Mode:
When enabled, the microphone volume is adjusted to allow you to speak in a
whisper, without affecting the voice quality. You can set the whisper mode to either
ON or OFF. The default setting is setting is OFF.
 Ringing Volume:
Adjusts the ringing volume level of the phone’s ringer for incoming calls, received
SMS messages, and the alarm clock. You can select one of the six ringing volume
levels (1- Lowest to 6 - Highest) that are available. The default ringing volume
level setting is 3.
