3.5 Speed Dialing

3.5.1 Assigning a Phone Number for Speed Dialing

Ten numbers stored in the address book can be assigned to the keys

thru for single key dialing.

1. Press the right soft key

(Addresses) to access the menu

options.

2. Use the navigation key

or to reach Speed Dial and press the

left soft key (Ok) to select.

3. To scroll between the Keys, press the navigation key

or . If no

phone number is assigned to a Key, press the left soft key

(Set).

4. Search the address book for the desired name and/or phone number

using the navigation keys or , press the left soft key

(Ok) to select it. If there are no phone numbers in the address book the

“No Record” is displayed on the LCD screen.

5. The phone enters the information and displays the entry assigned to the

key on the LCD screen. Press the left soft key (Options) to

access a menu to cancel the assignment.

6. Press the right soft key

(Back) to return to the address book

menu or

(End) to exit the menu and return to stand-by mode.

3.5.2 Speed Dialing

This function allows the address book entries to be dialed via the keys

thru .

1. Press the desired single dial key and hold for more than one second.
