4.7.1 When the alarm sounds
1. When the timer expires, the alert tone will sound for up to 30 seconds
and the alarm icon will flash on the LCD on the phone.
2. Press any key to stop the alarm.
Note:
If the handset is off-hook and the timer expires the alarm will
not sound until 10 to 30 seconds after the handset has been
on-hook
If you are changing phone settings and the timer expires the
alarm will sound. Pressing any key on the handset will stop
the alarm.
The alarm will not sound when the timer expires if the
ringing mode has been set to off.
