) Note:
• If you want to enter a character that is as the same as the previous one, or is
on the same key as the previous one, please use
to move the cursor then
enter the second character.
• After you enter the first character, press
to move the cursor then enter
the second character.
• While entering text in English, if you want to know the various possible
characters, numbers that the key supports, press and hold the key. All the
characters will be displayed in turns. This feature is available only for
English characters.
4.1.6 Entering Chinese Character
1. Switch to Pinyin method in text entering display, the cursor will be
displayed in the input area.
2. Press
~ and , the related Pinyin symbol will be displayed in
input area and the relevant words will be displayed in the word selection
area.
• You can delete incorrectly typed Pinyin symbols by pressing
.
• After you press ~ to input Pinyin, if the word you want to
enter is not the first tone, you can press
to select the tone in order to
find the word.
3. Press
or to move the cursor between the input area and the word
selection area. Press
to move the cursor to select the word. The word
you select will have a black background.
4. Press
to enter the word; the word you select will be displayed in test
area.
