When your phone is turned off, out of the service area or you cannot answer
calls under some specific situations, the incoming call information will be
recorded in the voice mail. The system will answer the calls and ask the
callers to leave messages.
3.24.1 Accessing Voice Mail
1. Press , to display “Voice Mail” menu.
2. Press
to select “1 Play”, the phone will automatically connect to the
system’s voice mail center. Please follow the voice response to operate.
3.24.2 Turning On/Off Voice Mail
1. Press , to display “Voice Mail” menu.
2. Press
to select “2 ON”, the phone will automatically connect to the
system’s voice mail center. Please follow the voice response for operations.

To turn off voice mail service, please press
to select “3 OFF” in Step
2.
All the functions of the voice mail need to connect to the system for use.
Please follow the prompts to operate and complete the settings. Voice mail
cannot be set when the phone is out of the service area or at a place where
the signal is weak.
3.24.3 Checking the Voice Mail setting
1. Press , to display “Voice Mail” menu.
2. Press to select “4 Setting Check”, the phone will automatically
connect to the system’s voice mail center. Please follow the prompts for
operation.
3.24.4 New Voice Mail Reminder
When you get a new voice mail in the system’s voice mail center, it will
send short message to notify you and “You Got SMS” will be displayed on
the screen.
