3.15.2 Setting the sub Display Contrast
1. Press , to display “LCD Contrast” menu.

to select “2 Sub Display”.

to adjust the level of the main display contrast.
• During adjustment, “Contrast Setting” will be indicated on the sub
display.

, to display “Set” which means the sub display contrast has been
set.
3.16 Setting the Backlight
• If you press any key on the phone, the backlight will go on.
• If you do not press any key within a particular time limit, it will go off.
• You can set the backlight flashing time (5-99 seconds).
• The default setting for “Back Light” is “ON”. The default setting for
“Flashing Time” is “30sec”.

, to display “Back Light” menu.

to select “ON”.
• When selected, the cursor will automatically move to the next parameter
“Flashing Time”.
3. Use numeric keys to enter flashing time
press , “Set” is displayed
which means the backlight has been set.

• To turn off backlight, please press and select “OFF” in Step 2 and press
to turn off the backlight.
• When Air Info is in use, if the preset flashing time is under 20 seconds, the
backlight will still flash for 20 seconds; if the preset flashing time is over 20
seconds, it will flash for the actual preset time.
• Turning on backlight will consume more battery power.
3.17 Setting a Standby Mode
