3. Select “YES” press , to display “Deleted”, which means all past
schedules have been deleted.
3.10.7 Deleting All Schedules
• You can delete all scheduled activities.
• If there is no schedule saved in the phone, “Delete All” item is grayed out
and cannot be selected.

to select “Delete All”, to display “Delete All?”
3. Select “YES”
press , to display “Deleted” which means all schedules
have been deleted.
3.11 Calendar
• The phone can display calendar from January 1900 to December 2099.
• If there is a scheduled activity, you can view the detail from the calendar.
However, it does not work for anniversary.
• If you have not set the date and the time, “Calendar” is grayed out and
cannot be selected. Please refer to section “Setting the Time” on how to set
the time and the date.

, to display the current month calendar.
• The following keys are used for navigational purpose:
: Displays the next month’s calendar
: Displays the previous month’s calendar
: Displays the same month’s calendar for the next year
: Displays the same month’s calendar for the previous year
• The various parameters in the calendar are represented as:
General day: Black character
Current day: Black character flashes
Anniversary: Black character, gray diamond
Schedule: Black character, gray circle
• When an anniversary and a schedule fall on the same day, it is
represented with gray background and a frame outside
• Press in a calendar that has scheduled activities, the scheduled
activities will be displayed. However the content of the anniversary
cannot be displayed.
