to select the date you want to delete press , all the activities
for this date will be displayed.
4. Press to select the activity you want to delete press to display
the sub menu.

to select “Delete One”, “Deleted” is displayed, which means the
selected activity has been deleted.
3.10.5 Deleting the Current Day Schedule
• You can delete all activities for the current day in the schedule.

, to display “Schedule” menu.

to select “Edit”, to display current month calendar.
• Press
to display the next month calendar; press to display the
previous month calendar.
• If the other months have no scheduled activities,
cannot be
selected.

to select the date you want to delete press , all the activities
for this date will be displayed.
4. Press to display the sub menu
5. Press to select “Delete All”, “Delete All?” is displayed.
6. Select “YES”
press , to display “Deleted”, which means the current
day schedule has been deleted.
3.10.6 Deleting All Past Schedules
• You can delete all past schedules.
• If there is no past schedule, “Del. Past Data” item is grayed out and cannot
be selected.
