• If the message in Out Box has been deleted, then it cannot be displayed in
the dialed record. However, the number itself is still saved.
• Messages can only be read but not edited from Dialed Record.
2.5.4 Changing a Number
1. Select the number to be changed from Dialed record.

to show the sub menu
3. Press
to select "Change No."
• Press
to delete digits one by one then using the numeric keys
enter the new phone number.
4. Press to dial the revised number.
2.5.5 Deleting Dialed Record Individually
1. Select the number to be deleted from the dialed record list.
2. Press
to show the sub menu.
3. Press
to select "Delete One", when the number is deleted "Deleted"
will be displayed.
2.5.6 Deleting All Dialed Records
1. Display dialed record

to show the sub menu
3. Press to select "Delete All", "Delete All?" is displayed.
4. Select "Yes"
Press , when all the numbers are deleted "Deleted " is
displayed.
2.6 Answering an Incoming Call
1. When a call is received, the screen will flash "Call From:" information.
