2. Learning to Use Your Phone
2.1 Power On / Power Off
When you use the phone for the first time or if the phone has not been used for
an extended period of time, make sure the phone is charged for 2.5-3.5 hours
before using it.
The phone can be turned on or off by pressing and holding the key.
When the phone is turned on, it will beep and the display and backlit keys will
be turned on. During the process of power on / power off, the display will show
animated graphics.
2.2 Introduction to Standby Mode
• This phone comes with four standby modes. "Public" standby mode works
within the service area of the system and does not require special settings.
Refer to "Setting Standby Mode" for details on how to set other standby
modes. If the standby mode is "Public" but you are outside the service area
of the system, the phone will display “
” image and PAS services will
not be available.
1. Public Mode: you can use all PAS services within the service area.

2. Group Mode: When the phone's group functions are activated, the
phone can be used as an intercom phone.
