) Note:
• When the bookmark cannot be transferred, “Transfer Failed” will be
displayed. The probable reasons may be as the follows: The receiver’s phone
does not support “Transfer” function; the receiver’s phone is not under
“Transfer” mode; the sender’s bookmark has more functions than that of the
receiver’s or the signal is interrupted.
• After “Transfer Failed” is displayed it is followed by, “Continue?” will be
displayed. If you want to continue with the transferring, press to select
“Continue” and the phone will continue from the interrupted stage; if you do
not want to connect, press
to select “Disconnect”.
10.5.2 Transferring All Bookmarks
• You can transfer all bookmarks to the phones in the same group as yours.
1. Press
, “Transfer” screen appears.
• If there is no phone book data or if the phone is not under “Transfer”
mode, all the items are grayed out and cannot be selected.
2. Press
to select “B.Mark/All” press to select the group number,
which you and the receiver are in.
• The group, which is not set, is grayed out and cannot be selected.
3. Press , to display “Transceiver No.” input screen.
4. Enter the transceiver’s number
press , to display “Transferring”,
which means the phone begins to transfer the data.
• The number of selected data and the number of transferring data will
be indicated on the right side of the screen.
5. “End Transfer” will be displayed once the transferring is complete.
10.6 Receiving Phone Book/Bookmark
1. During the reception of phone book/bookmark, “Phone Book Receiving”/
“Bookmark Receiving” will be displayed on the phone.
2. When data is received, “Phone Book End Receiving”/ “Phone Book End
Receiving” will be displayed on the phone.
• Repeat Step 1 and 2 until all phone books/bookmarks are received.

) Note:
• If the receiver’s phone does not have enough capacity, there will not be any
indication on the sender’s phone in this regard. Only the amount of data that
can be stored will be retained and the rest will be discarded.
