) Note:
• When all groups are deleted, the phone will automatically be back to “Public”
standby mode.
• When all groups are deleted, “Group”, “Public/Group” or “Transfer” cannot be
selected and used. As a result, “Communication” and “Transfer” cannot be used
either.
10.3 Communication
• When two phones are set to the same group and the phones are under “Group” or
“Public/Group” mode, communication between the phones in the same group can
be carried out.
• One phone can be set to 3 groups.
10.3.1 Dialing
1. Press to display Group 1-3 screen.
• Press
to select the same group number as the party you want to talk press
, the group number and the master or slave number will be displayed.
• The group that is not set is grayed out and cannot be selected.
2. Using numeric keys enter the master or the slave number of the party you want to
talk to.
• The phone will automatically dial the number after you enter it.
3. Press
to terminate the call, “End Call” appears.

) Note:
If you enter a transceiver number other than 0-8000, “No Response” will be
displayed and the phone will go back to the standby mode wallpaper.
10.3.2 Answering
1. When there is an incoming call under Group mode.
• Its own group number and the transceiver number will be displayed and the
caller’s number will be displayed on the bottom-right side.
• Pressing
will turn on “Mute” function.
2. Press
to answer; “In Use” screen will be displayed.
