7.9 Transferring an Email between Mail Box
• You can move the mail in In Box or Out Box to Free Box to save or move
mails from one Free Box to another. (This is not available for Air Info Log)
• You cannot move mails between Out Box and In Box.
1. Press
, to display “Mail Box” menu.

to select the mailbox that will save the mail you want to move

to select the mailbox that will save the mail you want to move

to display the sub menu.
4. Press to view the sub menu press to select “Transfer”, and
display the sub menu.
• “1 In Box”, “2 Out Box” and “6 Air Info Log” will be grayed out and
cannot be selected.
5. Press
to select the Free Box you want the mail to be saved in press
to transfer the mail. The display will revert to the mail list screen.
7.10 Setting/Canceling Email Protection
• You can protect important emails from accidental deletion.
• If you want to delete protected mails, you need to cancel protect first.
• The capacity limits for protected emails:
In Box (including Free Box): 100K bytes.
Out Box: 100 bytes.
If the mail size is between 50KB and 100KB, the phone only protects one;
for mails under 50KB, it protects multiple. But the total protected mail size
is below half of the total mailbox limit.
1. Press , to display “Mail Box” menu.
2. Press
to select the mailbox that will save the mail you want to protect
press .
3. Press the mail you want to protect.
4. Press to display the sub menu.
5. Press to select “Protect”, and display “Set”, which means the mail,
has been protected.
