5. Press to select “Delete One”, “Deleted” image appears, which means
this data has been deleted.
• If you want to delete the entire list, press
to select “Delete All” press

7.8 Searching an Email
• You can search email data through various methods.
• There are four methods to select:
Date: Search emails by the date you entered.
Subject: Search emails by the subject you entered.
Address: Search emails by the key words of the email address you entered.
Protected: Search emails that is set to “Protect”.
7.8.1 Searching an Email by Date
• Emails are sorted based on send or receive time. Receive time is based on
the time when the email center receives the mail.
1. Press , to display “Mail Box” menu.
2. Press to select the mailbox you want to search and then press
press to display the sub menu.
3. Press
to view the sub menu press to select “Search”, and
display the sub menu.
4. Press
to select “Date”, and display the data screen.
·If you have set date and time on the phone, the time of the day will be
displayed.
5. Use number keys to enter the date you want to search. Please enter month,
date and year.
6. Press to display the mail list. (All mails received on or after this date
will be displayed.)
·If there is no mail that meets the condition; the message “No
Corresponding Mail” will be displayed.
7. Press
to select the mail you want to read press . The content of
the mail will be displayed.
