7.5.4 Saving Downloaded Melody
• Up to 10 downloaded monodies and 10 downloaded harmonies can be saved
in the phone, and they can be set as an incoming ring.
1. Please refer to steps 1-5 of “Playing Melody Attachment” to select the
melody attachment to be saved.
2. Press
to select “Save”, and display the downloaded melody list.
• If the melody is copy protected, there will be a “
” icon on the right
of the file name.
• If the melody file is larger than 20K byte; “Save” will be grayed out
and cannot be selected.
3. Press
to select the position to be saved and then press . “File
Name” screen is displayed, where you can change the file name by yourself.
• If you select a position where a melody already exists, “Replace?” will
be displayed. Choose “YES” and press
to replace the old file.
• If the replaced file is set as incoming ringer, ringer of favorite call or
group call, a prompt, “Change as a ringer?” will be displayed.
4. Input a new file name.
• The file name can have 20 alphabets or 40 alphanumeric characters.
5. Press
and the screen will display “Save to Ringer?”.
• Press to display “Set” which indicates that the downloaded melody
has been set as an incoming call ringer.
• You can select “NO” and press
to save this melody to the melody
list. If you want to play this melody, please refer to section “Melody
Setting”.

1. Press , to display “Mail Box” menu.
2. Press to select the mailbox that will save the mail press .
