• If the text or the attachment of the mail is in a non-supported format, the
phone will not display it and prompt you “Format Invalid”.
• If the text of the mail contains a phone number; the characters will have a
black background. You can press
to select the phone number press
to dial it out, edit new message or save it to the phone book.
• If the text of the mail contains an email address; the characters will have a
black background. You can press
to select the address press to
edit new email or save it to the phone book.
• If the text of the mail is an Air Info bookmark; the characters will have a
black background. You can press
to select the bookmark press
to connect Air Info or save it to the phone book.
7.4.2 Reading Emails in Out Box
• Emails that have been sent or waiting to be sent are saved in Out Box.
• The limit of Out Box is 100K bytes.
1. Press
, to display “MailBox” menu.
2. Press to select “Out Box”, the mail list of Out Box is displayed.
• If you want to check the details of the mail, press
to show its
details such as sent time, receiver, etc. Press
to go back to the
list.
• You can delete the selected mail by pressing .
3. Press to select the mail you want to read press to display the
content of the mail.
• Please refer to section “Reading Emails in In Box” step 3 on how to
operate.
