7.3.4 Deleting Emails in the System
• The system has a limit for the numbers and size of new mails.
• If you do not receive new mails and keep them in the system, the system
will not be able to receive new mails due to limited system capacity.
• You can select not to receive new mails and directly delete them after the
phone connects to email centers.
1. Please refer to section “Receiving Emails Individually” Steps 1-2 to
receive by “Select” mode.
2. Press to select the mail you want to delete press to display
“Delete Email in Center?”.
3. Press
to select “YES” press , to display “Receive Email
Deleting”.
• When it is deleted, “Receive Email Deleted” will be displayed. If there
are other new mails in email center, the screen will return to mail list
again.
• Please repeat Step 2-3 to delete other mails.
4. When they are deleted, press
, to display “Receive Email”.
• Press
or if there is no mail in email center, “End Trans.” will be
displayed.
7.4 Mail Box
7.4.1 Reading Emails in In Box
• The emails you receive are saved in In Box.
• The limit for In Box is 200K bytes (shared with Out Box).
1. Press
, to display “MailBox” menu.
2. Press
to select “In Box”, the mail list of In Box is displayed.
• If you want to check the details of the mail, press
to display
its details such as received time, sender, etc. Press
to go
back to the list.
3. Press
to select the mail you want to read press to display the
content of the mail.

: Text scrolls one line up.
