When the mailbox is full, it cannot receive new mails.
If the mail is too big, the phone will automatically receive the allowable
limit of the mail. After receiving, the mail will be deleted from the email
center.
If you do not have new mail to receive, “No Mail” will be displayed.
If “In Box Full” is displayed when the phone is receiving emails, it
indicates the in box has reached its capacity limit.
If the connection is interrupted abnormally while receiving; “Transmission
Disconnected will be displayed.
If the connection is timed out to cause reception failure, “Connection
Continue?” will be displayed. Select “YES”
press to reconnect.
Press in Step 2, to display “Receive One?”. Select “YES” press .
Even if you select “All” in Step 1, you can change it to “Receive One”
here. This setting is a temporary setting. It will back to the setting in Step 1
after you complete receiving.
If “Organizing Data” is displayed in Step 4, pressing keys, answering calls,
alarm display, power off and receiving emails will not work. Charging and
out of service area warning beep will not sound either.
7.3.3 Auto Email
The phone can automatically receive your emails from the email center. You
can do it by signing up online to select this feature and turn it “ON” or
“OFF”.
If the email center number you set does not comply with the actual number,
the phone will inform you with the message “Check the center number”.
To change and confirm center number please refer to section
“Changing/Resetting Center Number.
1. Receiving email.
During the course of receiving emails, “Receive Email Connecting” is
displayed.
After all emails are received, “You Got E-Mail” will be displayed. The
phone rings for five seconds.
If there is an email, which exceeds 20K bytes, “Organizing Data” will
be displayed prior to “Saved”.
