• If sending email fails, transmission will be disconnected. If the email is
too big, a message “Size Over Mail ” will be displayed. Press
to
clear the disconnection alert.
• The email, which has not been sent, will be automatically saved into
Mail Out Box. You can select “Out Box” to resend it.
• If there is an incoming call while editing an email, the email will be
automatically saved as a temporary “Editing Data” for you to resume
editing. Please refer to section “Resuming Composing an Email”.
7.2.2 Receiving Emails
• Please refer to section “Saving an Email” if you want to save an email
instead of sending it immediately after you compose it.
• Please refer to section “Sending Email Setting” on how to send/receive
an email.
• Please refer to section “Receiving Email Setting” on how to receive an
email
1. Please refer to section “Composing a new Email” Step 1-10 to enter
address, subject and text
2. Press
, “Send/Receive Connecting” is displayed and the phone starts
to connect to the system.
• During call, “Send/Receive Calling” is displayed.
• When the phone starts to send the email; “Send/Receive Sending” is
displayed.
• When the email is sent; “Send/Receive Receiving” is displayed.
• When receiving is complete; “Send/Receive End Trans.” Is displayed.
7.2.3 Resuming Composing an Email
• During email composition, if it is interrupted by an incoming call, you
can read and resume editing it later.
1. Press
to read editing data.
• If there is no editing data, “Editing Data” icon is grayed out and
cannot be selected.

editing and sending the email
