to select the category of the recipient press .
• To send the same email to several persons, please repeat Step 5.
• Each “Cc:” “Bcc:” and “Reply-To:” parameters has a maximum of
255 bytes.
• “Reply-To:” can only have one email address with a maximum of 255-
bytes.
• Press to display the sub menu. Select “1 Delete One” or “2 Delete
All” to delete the email address you have entered.
• The receiver can reply to an email received from a PAS phone to a PC
email address.

to select “Subject”.

to select from “Subject” line.
8. Press , to display subject screen.
9. Enter the subject press to select “Text”.
10. Press , to display the text screen.
11. Enter the text press to select “Attachment”.
• To attach an attachment; please refer to section “Attaching an

following features will be displayed:
Mark: Provides marks.
Emoji: Provides Emoji.
Canned MSG: Provides Canned MSG.
Canned Rgst: Can save your frequently used text.
12. Press , “Send Email Connecting” is displayed and the phone connects
to the system.
• You can also press
to select “Send” press to send it.
• During the call, “Send Email Calling” will be displayed.
• When the phone starts to send the mail; “Send Email Sending” will be
displayed.
• When the mail is sent, “End Trans.” will be displayed.
