• The default setting for “Quote” is OFF.

2. Press to switch “Quote” from OFF to ON. When you reply to an
email, it will automatically copy its text.

• Repeat 1-2, or press in Step 2, to switch “Quote” from “ON” to
“OFF”, it will not quote the text when you reply to it.
• After Step 1, move the cursor to “Quote” icon. Press
to switch
ON/OFF.
7.2 Sending an Email
• You can use the phone to send an email to a PC or a mobile phone email
address. The data limit of each sent email is 77K bytes (2K bytes of text +
75K bytes of attachment). The data limit of each received email is 100K
bytes (20K bytes of text + 80K bytes of attachment). The actual sending and
receiving limit depends on your local network condition.
7.2.1 Composing a New Email
1. Press , to display “E-Mail” screen.
2. Press to display “Address To” screen.
3. Press to enter the recipient’s email address.
• You can either directly enter the email address here or press to
enter the phone book to search it. Please refer to section “Searching the
Phone Book”.
4. Press .
5. Press
to show the sub menu.
• “Cc:” (Carbon Copy): the same email will send to several recipients.
• “Bcc:” (Blind Carbon Copy): the receivers do not know this email has a
copy and whom it is copied to.
• “Reply-To:” (Reply this email to a designated address): You can
designate an email address here for the receiver to reply to. If it is not
set, the replying email will automatically reply to the phone’s email
address.
