5.1.5 Saving a Dialed Number/Incoming Call Number into the Phone Book
1. Display the phone number you want to save.
• Incoming Record ; Dialed Record ; Number Memo
2. Press
to display “Phone Book” menu.
• If the phone book already has 200 saved data; “New” item is grayed out
and cannot be selected.
3. Press to select “New”, to display “Registration” screen.
• The selected phone number will be automatically displayed next to the
first

• You can revise the phone number by pressing
in phone editing
screen.

5.1.6 Adding a Dialed Phone Number/Incoming Call into Phone Book
1. Display the phone number you want to save.
• Incoming Record; Dialed Record; Number Memo

to display “Phone Book” menu.

the phone book.
• If there is no secret phone number, “Secret” item is grayed out and
cannot be selected.
