3.1.3 Delete Entry
After this option is selected, the text “Delete?” will be displayed.
3.1.4 Copy to PIM (Copy to Phone)
This function does not work if PIM card has not been inserted in the
phone.
If the record is stored in the phone, you can use this option to copy the
record to PIM card. If the record is already stored in the PIM card, “Copy
to Phone” is displayed. The record is then copied to the phone.
Press
to select “Keep Initial Record”(The former record is still
kept after coping) or “Delete Initial Record”(The former record is deleted
after coping). Then press
(OK). The new record will be displayed
If you need to copy the record from PIM card to the phone’s phone book,
press
to select desired group information. Then press (OK).
3.2 Add Entries
Names
ÆAdd Entry
Select this option to add new entries into the phone book. The address of
the new entry is decided by the selected current memory (refer to page 30
Current Memory).
1. Key in the name, and press the left soft key
(Ok). You can input a
maximum of 12 English or 6 Chinese characters.
2. Enter the phone number (24 digits maximum), and press the left soft
key
(Ok). The phone number cannot be left blank. Otherwise
Number Error will be displayed.
